Abdul Kader Shaikh
In the early sixties, he tentatively entered the outdoor publicity market as an investor. He soon realized that if he intended to make a success of it, he needed to spread his own wings. He earnestly ventured into marketing billboards and in 1978 he named the company after his wife, and from then onwards, Roshan Publicity began reaching towards the stars. Along with  the company, his vision and efforts structured and developed the outdoor publicity industry like never before.

Today, Roshan Publicity has a client list that includes prestigious names like Birla sunlife Insaurance,  ICICI, DSP Merryll Lynch, Tata Aig, Vodafone, Pepsi, Reliance, HDIL, EKTA World, LODHA  9X and more in various commercial sectors. Over the years, it has been an integral part of great advertising campaigns, and media solutions.

What’s more, earlier this year, Abdul Kader Shaikh launched RoshanSpace to provide outdoor media consultancy services for the whole country.

Not only that, till today, even though his growing business makes heavy demands on his time, Mr. Shaikh as the President of Maharashtra  Outdoor Advertising Association, still makes time to serve the industry that has given him so much.

Altaf Kader Shaikh
The elder son of Abdul Kader Shaikh, Altaf Kader Shaikh joined his father quite early in life and very soon under his father’s expert eye, proved himself his father’s son all over. He has inherited his father’s keen feel for business and though many tend to call him conservative, he believes in cautiously treading an explored path to success.

Junaid Kader Shaikh
Very unlike his father and elder brother in his approach to life and work, Junaid Shaikh is the quintessential rebel in a business suit. He believes in experimenting and taking risks and exploring as many possibilities that he can. However, that is not to say that there is no method in his madness. Extremely astute, his decisions, though may seem radical are based on intense research and hard facts.

His direct association with Roshan Publicity is about 7 years old, though he has been unofficially contributing to it from long before.

The company’s latest venture, Roshan’s Space has been conceived entirely by him.  In the initial phase,  Junaid himself intends to handhold it and see it on a successful upward climb.

When he is not busy looking for creative business solutions for both the companies, Junaid, teaches Sufi Yoga, strings bead and stone jewelry better than most experts and supervises the running of a restaurant.
